Our multidisciplinary team is comprised of professionals from various backgrounds, possessing diverse expertise. We share a desire to improve the quality of life of all citizens and implement positive and sustainable changes within our community.

Stéphane Guidoin is director of the Urban innovation lab of the City of Montréal. A long-time advocate in the field of open government, he was responsible of the open data program for the City of Montreal, leading among other things the "open by default" policy. Before this Stéphane was director at Open North, a non for profit organization focused on citizen engagement and transparency.
Within the Lab's multidisciplinary team, Stéphane aims to foster the development of thriving cities that are fulfilling for every citizen.
